The Opportunity

The Application Change Management Senior Manager is responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance to the established Computerized System Change Management governance. This role is responsible for the Application Change Advisory Board (CAB) and works directly with the CSL Group managed service partner and application teams to gather, analyze, gain approval for, and schedule changes. This role is also responsible for the continuous improvement of the Application Change Management process.

The Role

• Under limited supervision, provides production support, setting up production procedures and labels
• Operates manufacturing equipment following standard procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP)
• Tracks equipment performance and adjusts setups, calibrations and alignment
• Enters data for process control, departmental databases and spreadsheets
• Performs routine maintenance and cleaning

• •High School Diploma or equivalent vocational or technical training• 1-2 years' manufacturing experienceDifferent qualifications or responsibilities may apply based on local legal and/or educational requirements. Refer to local job documentation where applicable.

Your skills and experience

• 7+ years of relevant IT experience
• 3+ years of experience in computerized system change management
• Experience working with a managed service partner
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex, multi-site/functional groups
• Life sciences industry experience
• Ability to work across a range of countries and cultures
